5 Kulfi recipes under 20-minutes to beat the summer heat

To prepare this watermelon kulfi, take 2 cups of watermelon and muskmelon cubes each and puree them separately, and keep them in separate bowls. Now, take a large bowl, and mix them together with cucumber purees, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp sugar-free powder, and 1 tsp lemon juice. Mix well all the ingredients and pour them into kulfi moulds. Place them into the freezer till they are set. It can take at least a few hours. When the kulfi is set, take out the moulds from the freezer, and transfer the kulfis onto the serving bowls or plates. Serve immediately with fresh cream.
